2. Post-Consultation Policy
Post-consultation follow-up support shall be available for a period of five (5) days from the date of the consultation. Queries received after the expiry of this period may not be entertained.Such follow-up support shall be limited exclusively to clarifications relating to the scope of the original consultation and any remedies or guidance provided during that consultation. Any new concerns, additional subjects, or matters falling outside the scope of the original consultation shall require the booking of a fresh consultation or re-consultation and payment of the applicable consultation fee.
3. Changes to the Terms
Trident Global Astrology reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments shall become effective immediately upon their publication on the Website. Your continued access to or use of the Website following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those revised Terms.

Astrology and related traditional knowledge systems are predictive and interpretative disciplines. The outcome of any consultation, guidance, or suggested remedies may vary depending upon several factors, including but not limited to an individual's karma, free will, personal efforts, prevailing life circumstances, and factors beyond anyone's control.Accordingly, Trident Global Astrology and Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwall make no representation, warranty, guarantee, or assurance, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of predictions, the effectiveness of any suggested remedies, or the achievement of any particular result or outcome.
6. Client Responsibility
The Client voluntarily seeks consultation and guidance from Trident Global Astrology and acknowledges that any decisions, actions, or omissions made following such consultation shall be based solely upon the Client's own independent judgment, discretion, and free will.
The Client accepts full responsibility for any consequences arising from the implementation or non-implementation of any advice, guidance, suggestions, or remedies provided during the consultation.

The services offered by Trident Global Astrology and Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwall are not intended to address emergency situations or to replace the services of qualified professionals.Clients experiencing medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other emergency requiring immediate professional intervention should promptly consult the appropriate licensed professional or emergency services.Trident Global Astrology and Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwall do not claim or represent that the services provided are capable of diagnosing, treating, curing, preventing, or professionally advising upon any medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other matters requiring specialized professional expertise.

Clients requiring urgent medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional assistance should immediately seek help from the appropriate qualified authorities or professionals. 9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the total liability of Trident Global Astrology, Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwall (Founder), its employees, consultants, representatives, or affiliates, if any, shall not exceed the consultation fee actually paid by the Client for the relevant service.Under no circumstances shall Trident Global Astrology or its representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including loss of reputation, mental distress, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the use of the Website or consultation services. 10. Consultation Fees Consultation charges are determined solely by Trident Global Astrology and may be revised at any time without prior notice. Revised charges shall apply only to future bookings.Fees are charged for the professional time, expertise, and guidance rendered during the consultation. Once a consultation has been completed, the amount paid shall ordinarily not be refundable unless expressly provided otherwise under these Terms. 12. Appointment Validity Every consultation is valid only for the scheduled date and time confirmed at the time of booking.If the Client fails to attend the session, arrives significantly late, or otherwise misses the appointment, Trident Global Astrology reserves the right to decline rescheduling or refund requests. 13. Online and Telephonic Consultations Online, video, or telephone consultations rely upon internet and telecommunications services that are outside the control of Trident Global Astrology.Accordingly, Trident Global Astrology shall not be responsible for interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues, delays, or cancellation caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen circumstances. 14. Remedies and Spiritual Recommendations Any remedies, rituals, mantras, donations, spiritual practices, gemstones, or similar recommendations are provided solely as optional spiritual guidance.The Client remains entirely free to accept or reject any recommendation without pressure, coercion, undue influence, or obligation. The decision to implement any suggested remedy rests exclusively with the Client. 15. Reliance by Third Parties The consultation and all related advice are intended exclusively for the individual Client who has booked the consultation.No third party shall be entitled to rely upon the consultation or bring any legal claim against Trident Global Astrology or Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwal based upon such advice. 16. Ownership of Consultation Material All reports, consultation notes, written guidance, recommendations, educational material, and other consultation-related content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Trident Global Astrology and Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwal.Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, publication, commercial use, or distribution of such material is strictly prohibited. 17. Recording and Distribution of Sessions Consultation sessions are private and confidential.Clients and any person acting on their behalf shall not audio-record, video-record, photograph, reproduce, circulate, publish, or otherwise distribute any consultation or its contents without obtaining prior written permission from Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwal.Unauthorized use or publication may result in appropriate legal proceedings. 18. Products and Deliveries Physical products, including books, remedial articles, and related items supplied by Trident Global Astrology, are presently available for delivery only within the territory of India unless otherwise specified. 19. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trident Global Astrology, Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwal, its affiliates, employees, consultants, officers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the services. 20. Acceptable Use of the Website Users agree to access and use the Website only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Users shall not: Violate any applicable law or regulation. Refund requests, where permissible, shall be considered solely at the discretion of Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwall. Refunds shall ordinarily not be granted where: 1.The consultation has already been conducted; 2.The scheduled consultation duration has been utilized; 3.The Client voluntarily exits the consultation; or 4.The Client cancels the appointment after confirmation. 5.Any eligible refund request should be submitted within two (2) days of booking. Approved refunds may require up to thirty (30) days for processing. 6.Post-consultation assistance shall be available only in accordance with the Post-Consultation Policy contained in these Terms. 28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Delhi, India. 29. Declaration Trident Global Astrology and Acharya Yashowardhan Aggarwall affirm that all consultations and recommendations are provided in good faith for spiritual, educational, and personal guidance only.Clients are under no obligation to adopt any suggested remedy or spiritual practice and remain free to discontinue or decline such recommendations at any time.The Client acknowledges that all consultations are sought voluntarily and undertaken with free and informed consent.
